Appartamento poco accessoriato

L’appartamento si presenta poco accessoriato, potrebbe essere di ottima qualità se ci fossero elettrodomestici di uso quotidiano, ad es. tostapane, bollitore, aspirapolvere. L’arredamento è un po’ datato, il parcheggio poco pratico, mancano bajour e comodini e il guardaroba presente non è capiente.

Struttura con poca manutenzione, non molto pulita (polvere alta in camera) e perdite di acqua in bagno. Arredamenti un po’ datati e forse un po’ da rivedere nella manutenzione, mancanza assoluta di appendini o appendi abiti. Bagno molto piccolo e senza punti di appoggio per le cose. Abbastanza rumorosa, si sentono i suoni provenienti dagli appartamenti vicini o superiori (conversazioni, camminate, spostamento sedie ecc…). Posizione ottima vicino al mare e vicino alle attrazioni per bambini, ottimo parcheggio di proprietà compreso nel prezzo ma non sempre disponibile
