The vacation rental is located on the top floor of a historic, listed building constructed around 1744.
Despite being in the city center, it is very quiet and features a beautiful courtyard.
The apartment, featuring 3 bedrooms, a modern kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom with
a washing machine, and a rooftop terrace, has been completely renovated.
There are 2 double beds and 1 single bed available. The fold-out sofa in the living room can accommodate one additional person.With over 100 m² of living space, the apartment is ideal for a family vacation, even with several children. You can also spend leisurely hours in the garden/courtyard, which is modeled after a monastery garden. Großenhain offers a wide variety of activities, including a nature recreation pool, playgrounds, museums, parks, and much more. It also serves as a great starting point for day trips to places such as Meissen, Dresden, Moritzburg, Görlitz, etc.
Final cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, and floors. This can be done by the tenant or handled by the landlord (for a fee).
