Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und eine echte Bereicherung. Die Sauberkeit hat echtes Potential (die Fensterscheiben waren nicht geputzt und der Taubendreck schon sehr störend. Im Hausflur lag Unrat (alte Plastikplane) seit Monaten (haben wir im Januar an der gleichen Stelle liegen sehen). Bitte unbedingt bei der Sauberkeit nachsteuern (die Wohnung war ansonsten sehr gut gereinigt).

Die Gästebetreuung war phänomenal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt. Der kalte Zigarettenrauch in der Wohnung war eine Zumutung. Die Geste der kleinen Entschädigung ist sehr gut angekommen. Die Höhe ist sehr unangemessen für die entgangenen Urlaubsfreuden. Kurz gesagt, es hat gestunken! Die Bewertung ergibt sich durch den kalten Zigarettenrauch und hat nichts mit dem Personal zu tun, was sehr gut ist.
