Four Seasons 6-7 - Großenbrode

Welcome to Apartment 7 in Building 6 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation complex on Großenbrode’s South Beach!
This newly and tastefully furnished, approximately 39-square-meter corner apartment promises relaxing days for two.

In the living room, a very comfortable upholstered corner sofa with headrests and an additional TV armchair provide plenty of seating for two people.
One side of the upholstered seating area can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (140 cm × 200 cm) if needed.
The light-colored cabinets offer plenty of storage space and are stocked with a selection of board games, among other things.
The TV is mounted on a small TV stand.
The small bedroom with two windows is furnished with a double bed (160 cm × 190 cm) and two wardrobes for your vacation wardrobe. Access to the bedroom is via two sliding doors built into the walls to the right and left of the bed.
The new kitchenette is fully equipped to meet your needs during your vacation: a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, microwave, and egg cooker are all at your disposal. The built-in utility closet contains a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack.
On the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunny hours from noon into the evening. Comfortable balcony furniture with cushions lets you relax and enjoy your time in the sun.
The small bathroom features a shower stall with a partition, a sink, a toilet, and a mirror cabinet.

You can use the washing machines and dryers in the basement of the adjacent building (House 1) for a small fee.
A parking space is available for you in the large, fenced-in parking lot directly across from House 6.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.

The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
