Stunning views await you from the living area and balcony of this beautiful apartment for 2 people. This vacation home is located in one of the most popular spots Großenbrode has to offer: The view from the 35-square-meter apartment on the 2nd floor offers a breathtaking panorama of the white sandy beach, the 300-meter-long pier, and the newly redesigned promenade. In just a few meters, you’ll be standing with your feet in the warm sand of Südstrand.

The two-room apartment features a small entryway, an interior bathroom with a shower, a combined living/dining/bedroom area, and an additional separate bedroom. This bedroom contains two single beds (0.80 × 1.90 m). The sleeper sofa (1.50 × 2.00 m) provides an additional sleeping option if needed.

In the combined living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa. A TV is available for your use.
The kitchenette features a stove with 2 burners, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, and a full range of kitchenware. Your meals will taste twice as good at the large dining table—which also offers a view of the sea.

From morning until early evening, you’ll be basking in the sunshine here. Enjoy the fantastic view of the sea, the beach, and people strolling along the promenade while you have breakfast, coffee, or a cool drink!

You can park your car right in front of the house in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

Welcome to the “Bellevue” houses, which await you as vacation guests in a fantastic location right behind the dunes!

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier plaza. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your time on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.

You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments directly in front of the building save you the trouble of searching for a spot. Bike racks are available next to the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
