Our house, historically a gatehouse, has been renovated and enlarged with a wooden habitat. This gives it a crazy charm. Ideally located, close to the Ardèche gorges, you can make cultural visits, discover the lower Ardèche. For sports enthusiasts: a gate opens onto the greenway, 9-hole golf course at 300m, tree climbing at 600m. For everyone lazing by the pool.the land is enclosed. The house is fully equipped. The bedding is new. Possibility of repositioning the small beds to make a bed in 160. You have a TV room. The house is 120m2
