Welcome to this charming ground-floor apartment in a prime location near the Market in the historic center of the fortified town of Groenlo. Situated on a quiet side street, with everything within walking distance: restaurants, terraces, shops, canals, and sights. Free parking is available at De Wheme, a short walk away.

The apartment is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. The bright living room features a sofa bed, 65-inch smart TV, and soundbar. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, raclette set, and coffee and Dolce Gusto machine, among other things. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double Emma bed plus an extra box-spring bed, smart TV, a window with natural light and access to the terrace, plus an infrared massage mattress. The second bedroom features three beds and an en-suite bathroom and is wonderfully dark thanks to the absence of a window.

Outside, you will find a fully enclosed garden with a terrace, barbecue, patio heater, and cozy garden lighting, ideal for relaxing evenings.

There is no shortage of comfort: air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, towels, made-up beds, and toiletries are provided. Pets are welcome (up to 5 dogs) and the garden is fully fenced.

Within a short walk, you will find the tourist information office, a bakery, and the Groenlo Dungeons. In the surrounding area, there is also a golf course, a swimming pool, and options for group packages including dinner.

Discover the Achterhoek: stroll through Groenlo, along the canals and castles, or visit Winterswijk, Zutphen, and Bocholt just across the border. Zwillbrock, with its flamingos, is also nearby. For culture and history, you can visit the National Museum of the Eighty Years' War in the Old Calixtus Church, and Bommelwereld is highly recommended for families.
