This newly built semi-detached home perfectly meets the standards of a modern and stylish vacation home. The spacious home features 99 m² of living space and 21 m² of usable space in the form of a converted attic. The first floor is divided into a living/dining area with direct access to the furnished patio, a separate kitchen with an utility room, and a bathroom with a shower and natural light. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor and are equipped with double beds and TVs. You’ll also find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters or pleated blinds for privacy. The parking space is located right next to the house.
