This beautiful holiday home in Zeeland is located only four kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach of the village of Groede. There is ample parking on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun while enjoying a snack or a drink. This holiday home is also suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious mussel dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants and relax on the beach on the North Sea coast. Not far away are the authentic center of Groede, the very popular with visitors Sluis and the inviting seaside resorts of Cadzand and Breskens.

On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hall, a convenient toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary dishes and cooking basics. The open-plan living/dining area includes a dining table, TV, and a pellet stove to keep you warm during colder months. The ground-floor bedroom is fitted with two single beds, and the bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, making it ideal for families.
