With 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, 'La Tavernetta' is ideal for a small group of guests. There is heating to keep you cozy, 2 bathrooms with a bidet and shower, this cool space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen features authentic 1950's cabinets Made in Italy with an American Diner vibe. While the large great room showcases a vintage 1970's sofa and love seat reupholstered for today's comfort. The great room also contains an eating area, outfitted with a large Italian Oak table perfect for playing games or enjoying a meal with friends or family.
La Tavernetta is 100 meters walking distance to Borgo La Scola. Take a walk back in time into this medieval village known for its intact, perfectly preserved 13th century buildings, the monumental Scola Cypress tree and learn of its historical significance as a defensive outpost. Additionally, the apartment is 5 kms by car to La Rocchetta Mattei. The Rocchetta blends various eclectic styles from Medieval to Moorish and is not to be missed. The local area offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, local culinary traditions and is a rare gem given its proximity to the city of Bologna.
