Chalet "Bella Vista" comprises two living rooms and two bedrooms on two floors, with a total of six beds, including two bunk beds for children (adult beds 190x90cm, children's bunk beds 200x90cm).

The entire chalet is rented for exclusive use, with the exception of one unoccupied room. After a hiatus of several years, the chalet is available for rent again starting in 2024. Built in 1951, it has been well-maintained with several renovations (roof, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, heat pump heating, floors, pool).

The chalet is built in the traditional chalet style (log construction).

The somewhat older furnishings are very sturdy, functional, and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Bed linens, towels, electricity, water, and heating are included.
