Description of the district
The villa is located in the Domaine des Rives de Beauvallon, in the part of the residences of the gulf. The estate is fully secure with an access badge and a caretaker. You are a 10-minute walk from the private beach and the swimming pool which are only reserved for members of the estate. Mattresses and umbrellas are available for free. The place is very peaceful and safe. By car, you can go to "Port Grimaud" in 10 minutes, to Saint-tropez in 20 minutes and Saint-maximes in 12 minutes. You can also go to the beautiful beaches of "Pampelonne", it takes 30 minutes in high season. There is also a connection with a "Zou" bus and cycle paths if you are a cycling enthusiast. In high season you can also take the boat from Saint-Maxime to Saint-Tropez, a very appreciable 12-minute sea trip. For wine enthusiasts, there are several cooperatives including the one in Grimaud "SCV les vignerons de Grimaud" which I recommend.

Getting around
To get around by car it's very simple, the coastal road is at the foot of the estate and leads you everywhere. This road runs along the coast and you can get very easily to "Saint-Tropez", "Port Grimaud", "Port Cogolin", "Saint-Maxime", the beaches of "Pampelonne".....
There are also marked cycle paths if you have a bike, it is also possible in rent near "Port Grimaud"
If you don't have a car and you come by train, the nearest train station is Saint-Raphael and a "ZOU" coach shuttle drops you off at the foot of the estate. This shuttle is at the bus station of the SNCF station. It takes 1 hour and 5 minutes on foot to reach the villa. For people who come by plane, the nearest is the airport of "Toulon" or "Nice" but the easiest way is to rent a car to get to the villa. There are taxis, but they are very expensive, I think, a minimum of 100 euros.
