Located between Sainte-Maxime and Grimaud, just 150 meters from the sea, this villa sits on a large, completely flat 2500 m² plot. Built on two levels, it comprises: an entrance, a large living/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace facing the sea and the village of Saint-Tropez, an open-plan equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or showers. One large independent bedroom with 4 single beds. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms. 4 WC. Large terraces. Pool 12X4. Petanque court. Volleyball court. Plancha. Wifi.
