It features a bright, modern, and tastefully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV with access to a terrace. On the same level, you'll find a room with a dressing room, a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a bath/shower area, also leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor comprises two rooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and access to a balcony, and another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a balcony exit. There is also a shower and a separate WC on the upper level.
