Grimaud holiday.

Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year.

Unbelievably cramped

I booked and paid for two rooms but was only given one room. Despite protesting at reception I was advised that the booking was for a studio that had extra beds for children??? Language was a barrier and they refused to give me another room. As a result there were 3 single beds and a double for 6 people in one incredibly tiny room. Appalling.

1- The most serious one is that after I made my reservation, I got the confirmation email from Hotels.com, it says that the reception is closed after 7 pm, and I need to inform them by phone. Before leaving Toulouse by car, I asked my hotel to call them and inform them that I will arrive at 9 pm, they replied with “no problem”! I arrived at 8:47 pm at the gate and it was closed. I tried to gate-ring the reception with no answer. I entered the next door hotel (SAME COMPANY) and they answered: “they are closed, try to reach somebody through the phone number in a card hanged on the wall”. Several cars arrived at the gate, called this number with no answer, and left. I tried too, with no answer. The only difference I tried also the phone number provided by the confirmation email, and after several attempts a lady answered. She told me to hold while she try to get information. After almost 20 min, she provided me with an access code and directed me to a safe box which contained my keys. We entered the room at 10:24 pm. 2- Rooms are very small. They say it will accommodate 5, its not true. 2 adults, and 2 kids at most and it will be very crowded. 3- The will hand you a sheet which will say “minimum housekeeping”. Well, believe them. Bed sheets will only be changed after 14 days. I know its hard to believe, however, just email them and they will reply with that info. 4- All rooms are NOT air-conditioned. They will provide a simple air fan against extra charge.

C’est la cata

Le logement est tellement vieillot que l’impression de saletĂ© ne quitte plus l’esprit sur toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. Un lit pour 2 inconfortable et trĂšs Ă©troit. Les banquettes lit du sĂ©jour sont totalement dĂ©formĂ©es. Le rideau abĂźmĂ©, des traces et des chocs dans les murs , une salle de bain de poupĂ©e et pas de Clim ont retenues toute mon attention. Mais la piscine est grande qui est le seul point positif de ce P&V Ă  mes yeux.

Bien mais pour un couple pas plus

Tout c'est bien passĂ©. Piscine top mais c'Ă©tait 1Ăšre semaine de juin donc pas bcp de monde. Par contre obligĂ© de prendre un logement 7 personnes pour avoir une chambre avec 1 lit double 140 trop proche du mĂ»r Ă  mon goĂ»t car chambre petite c'est abusĂ©. On aurait pu avoir moins cher en prenant le studio (soit un logement 5 personnes) mais il s'agit de banquette et on ne dort pas ensemble ! Il n'est peut ĂȘtre pas nĂ©cessaire de mettre dans tous les logements des lits superposĂ©s ! TrĂšs bien pour un couple mais pour 7 personnes j'en suis pas si sĂ»r. Il y a effectivement 7 lits et 7 chaises ainsi que la vaisselle pour 7 mais il n'y aucune place pour bouger ou jouer si vous avez des enfants.

On a passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour hors saison. Notre appartement Ă©tait rĂ©cent et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Juste la porte de rentrĂ©e qui n’était pas bien isolĂ©e faisant rentrer l’air froid dans le couloir non chauffĂ©. La place de parking juste devant. Pour se rendre Ă  la plage, on a marchĂ© 5 min. Les tables de ping-pong trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es. La localitĂ© trĂšs pratique pour se rendre au port, Ă  St Tropez et Ă  Sainte Maxime.
