Tolles Haus, aber laut & schmutzig

Das Haus selbst ist in einem top Zustand, alles wichtige ist da, auch in der Küche! Man kann sein Fahrzeug unmittelbar vor dem Haus parken. Leider waren die Matratzen eine Katastrophe. Haben geknarzt und waren durchgehangen! Die Aussicht ist schön, aber die Strasse recht laut. Die Terrasse konnten wir nicht nutzen, da viel Schmutz von den Bäumen fällt. Die Outdoor-Möbel waren sehr verschmutzt. Das gleiche galt für die Bettwäsche und Bettlaken. Das war sehr unhygienisch und mussten improvisieren

Pool nicht nutzbar

Das Haus ist schön, die Terrasse mit dem Blick wunderbar. Die Möbel sind etwas abgewohnt, die Betten durchgelegen, die Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel teilweise fleckig. Vor 2 Jahren sah es noch besser aus. Der Pool konnte von uns nicht benutzt werden, da abgeschlossen und wir keinen Schlüssel hatten. Bei der Hitze ein Riesenmanko. Die Straße unten ist laut, aber der tolle Blick unbezahlbar. Richtig ärgerlich war jedoch leider der nicht nutzbare Pool.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist super, nicht sehr gross aber für 2 Personen sehr praktisch! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Wir haben immer im Ferienhaus gekocht, da die Aussicht auf Meer beim Essen einfach traumhaft ist. Die Strasse von St. Tropez nach St. Maxime führt recht nahe am Haus vorbei, das hört man natürlich. Die Autos an sich haben uns nicht gestört (wo ist es heutzutage noch muxmäuschenstill?), störender sind die Motorräder, die manchmal schon rechten Radau veranstalten. Das ganze Anwesen ist umzäunt und man kommt nur mit Code durch das Tor auf das Grundstück. Von den anderen Bewohnern merkt man praktisch nichts, es ist sehr ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Séjour très agréable

séjour très agréable dans cette résidence privée très bien placée face à la baie de St Tropez toute proche de Port Grimaud: la maison est bien confortable, bien aménagée avec terrasse très sympa. La piscine est un plus incontestable. Seul petit bémol la route en contre-bas est un peu bruyante en journée. Nous avons passé une quinzaine vraiment très agréable.

Meine Erfahrungen des Besuchs

In Summe gesehen eine schulische 2, keine 1, denn der Lärm der ständig verstopften nahen Strasse (ca 30m) und der tatsächliche Fußweg zum Strand von ca 500m ( Beschreibung stimmt nicht!) verdienen keine bessere Gesamtnote. Excellent ist die großzügige Terasse mit ihrem Mobiliar und die Vollausstattung des Häuschens. Der Holzkohlegrill ist leider Zierde und darf nicht benutzt werden. Der TV mit Internetzugang ließ sich nicht bedienen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Das Schwimmbad hat eine gute Größe um auch ambitioniert ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Angenehm temperiert. Es gibt einen Privatstrand für die Bewohner der Anlage, den man mittels Code durch ein Tor fußläufig in 10 Minuten gemütlich erreicht. Man könnte auch mit dem PKW fahren. Uferstr. stark befahren und recht laut. Oft Staus.

Fantastisches Quartier

Die Austattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, man genießt eine absolute Privatsphäre mit einem schönen Ausblick. Die gesamte Anlage und auch der zugehörige Strandabschnitt sind sehr gepflegt. Wir waren hier nicht zum letzten Mal.

Toller Urlaub

Sensationeller Meerblick. Haus, Schwimmbad und gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Schöner Privatstrand zu Fuß 10 Minuten, man könnte auch mit dem PKW direkt am Strand parken. Uferstraße sehr befahren und relativ laut, Hochsaison Staugefahr. Z.Bsp. 1,5 Std. bis St. Tropez .....
