Lovely property

We had a fantastic week here at Port Grimaud. The property itself was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which had a stunning view. The location was perfect being quiet with easy access to many amenities. We would highly recommend this property!

I stayed here with my small inflatable boat and had an amazing experience.The apartment was beautiful and very clean.The owner was extremely kind and helpful.I spent five fantastic days here.The location is outstanding and truly enviable.Everything was working perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.Thank you for everything!

Perfect!

The apartment with water access and jetty is Perfect. Landlord very friendly, apartment clean and cozy with good facilities. We also liked the secure port facility of Port Grimaud and the nearby beach. We had a pleasant vacation and will be back.

Very pretty outlook and nice garden. Had everything we needed, apart from a kettle - being English we need our regular cups of tea :). Had some issues with the TV connection to Netflix but Paul answered immediately and I was able to sort out the issue. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This was my second stay at Paul's apartment, and once again everything was absolutely perfect.The apartment is spotless, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything is always well organized, and it truly feels like a home away from home.Paul is an exceptional host: kind, helpful, and always attentive to his guests' needs. Communication is easy and pleasant, and he always makes you feel welcome.We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and enjoyed every moment. Das Appartement war wunderschön gelegen in einer ruhigen Ecke von Port Grimaud.Die Wohnung ist klein aber optimal eingerichtet.Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist sie groß genug, für vier Erwachsene etwas zu beengt. Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei kleinen Hunden. Ideal.Beim Check in gab es eine kleine Irritation, das lag aber am GPS über fewo. Paul hat da sofort super geholfen. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden immer wieder dort wohnen.

Excellent séjour à PG dans cet endroit merveilleux ! Très belle situation pour l’ensoleillement du matin jusqu’à \- 16 h.Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire et une très jolie terrasse en Rez de jardin… avec transats et canapé de jardin. Proprietaire très réactif suite à un souci technique! &#x1faf6;Seul bémol : le nettoyage a l’arrivée ! Très médiocre. Sol très sale dans la pièce principale avec beaucoup de traces de pas et salle de bain avec des traces sur miroir de brossage de dents et évier non lavé. Vitre accès terrasse pleine de traces de doigts gras… Sur une petite heure, nous avons rapidement tout remis en état et tout relavé entièrement ! Sinon appartement vivement conseillé car grand pour l’endroit ! Attention les vélos de l’annonce ne sont pas en état de marche! Nous avions nos trottinettes électriques - très conseillé vu l’éloignement avec le centre. Merci pour cette très belle location au calme et dans la quiétude qui règne dans l’endroit où tout est toujours impeccable (les jardins, les plantations et tous les accès très sécurisés!)…

Agréable séjour

Nous avons retrouvé un petit coin de paradis. (2nd séjour dans l'appartement) L'emplacement est vraiment top, au calme et à proximités des coches d'eaux et de la petite plage de port grimaud. L'appartement est idéalement adapté à une famille avec deux jeunes enfants. Le gros point négatif reste le ménage, fait de manière trop légère. Nous avons dû tout re-nettoyer lors de notre arrivée, le service de ménage est à revoir. La communication avec Paul est très fluide et sympathique.

Emplacement top, mais un logement pas assez entretenu

Superbe emplacement au sein de port Grimaud, appartement spacieux et un beau jardin donnant sur les canaux du port. Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu et l’accueil plus soigné notamment en terme de propreté.

Paradies auf französisch.

Wir mussten zuerst diverse Sachen des Eigentümers wegräumen um unsere Sachen einräumen zu können. Leider ist die Ausstattung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Markise hat Risse, Wäscheständer defekt, Fernseher ohne Funktion, da Stromkabel fehlt. Die Gartenmöbel sind schon sehr wacklig geworden. Esstischstühle sind alte Gartenklappstühle. Dusche funktioniert , sollte aber auch erneuert werden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Heizung funktioniert gut aber Warmwasser kommt mal wärmer, mal kälter. Lage ist top, die Infrastruktur von Port Grimaud gewährleistet einen ruhigen, sicheren Urlaub.

Appartement très bien situé

Paul, l’hôte , est très compréhensif et arrangeant. L’emplacement dans la Marina, est tres agréable car il est loin de l’agitation de la partie centrale et en même temps proche de la petite plage. Nous avons aussi apprécié la place de parking proche de l’appartement.

Magnifique séjour

L'appart est très agréable avec son jardin donnant sur les quais. Au soleil le matin, à l'ombre l'après midi, idéal pour obtenir un peu de fraicheur. Il est tout équipé, super fonctionnel (machine à laver, lave vaisselle) - Les draps et linges de maison sont fournis, ce qui est un confort supplémentaire. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Port Grimaud, dans un appartement très paisible et reposant !
