Very pretty property completely redone in 2023 with all the elements of comfort: individual air conditioning, TV in each room, office space, fiber, security system, bedding and new furniture, electric plancha etc... This villa is located in a small protected estate bordered on one side by the Beauvallon golf course and on the other side by the vineyards descending to the sea with a view of the village of Saint Tropez. You feel like you are at the end of the world. Private access to a beach at the foot of the Beauvallon golf course is included. The house is surrounded by a large garden planted with many Mediterranean species and has a heated swimming pool and private parking for several cars. A boules game at the foot of the vines completes this décor.
