The environment outside of the hotel, the hallways, and the room was extremely clean. Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday morning front desk staff were all very nice and accommodating. Night auditor was very helpful and nice. On Sunday morning the dining staff was very polite and accommodating. The young ladies standing at the desk on Monday (3), looked at me as I was walking up to the desk as if I didn’t belong on the property! Neither greeted me as I walked by and spoke. It was very different. I will return on my visits with my daughter and granddaughter
