Staff were great. The facility was clean. The room was clean however a pillow on my be smelled awful like excessive sweat interfering with sleep. The pool was down and one elevator was broken. Breakfast area was clean and food good. Loved availability of coffee all hours. Leaning water and cookies was a plus.

I had stayed at that hotel for years, and the conditions were always exceptional, but this last visit was a disaster. There was a constant smell of cannabis in the hallways, the elevator, and the lobby, and the service from the young woman who checked us in was terrible; she kept us waiting for two hours without giving us our room, and we only got it once her replacement arrived. I think they need to return to the high standard of service they used to have—which was wonderful—and not allow the smell of cannabis in the hotel.
