The hotel was wonderful, and the staff was very pleasant, especially during check-in. Overall, we had a great stay. The only concern I wanted to mention is that we ordered room service on Friday night, and the food tray remained outside our door in the hallway until Sunday. Unfortunately, it created an unpleasant odor. Also, when we checked out this morning, one of the metal food covers was still in our room, even though the room had been cleaned on both Saturday and Sunday. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was great.
