Room was dirty with leftover trash from previous guests, notified the front desk. The soap, shampoo & conditioner dispenser was out, notified the front desk; however it was never refilled. I was there for 6 days and supposedly the came to clean every other day, but only the bed was made.

Hotel stay for my parents

They reported that the staff were very kind and helpful during their stay, and that the accommodations were very comfortable and clean and tidy. The location was great as it was close to downtown Fayetteville. They had a very comfortable stay.
