Beautiful villa, beautiful area

This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. The kitchen did not have any paper products, such as paper towels or napkins, nor were there any kitchen towels to dry dishes with. Still a cool place, just bring everything you might need. Good value for the size & location.
