Farmhouse apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom with tub, furnished and equipped kitchen. First floor. Nice view of the surrounding hills. Very large terrace with tables, chairs, sofas, deck chairs, barbecue, umbrellas. 12x6 swimming pool with large lawn around. Small farmhouse with only two apartments, very quiet. Perfect for families. Wi-fi, washing machine, fireplace, owners always available for advice and needs. We produce extra virgin olive oil and vegetables. We speak english, french, spanish. Available to cook typical Tuscan dinners for our guests. We provide sheets, towels (but not pool towels) and blankets.

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator and a stovetop. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on request.
