On a hill old farm (so cool thick walls) with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills. Great part (150m2) of a Casa Colonica (farm). Luxury property with fantastic views of a medieval village. Swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace. Very family friendly, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. Spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large private terrace. Flat screen with satellite and DVD player. Swimming pool with various (lie) beds and a couch. Villages nearby as Panzano and Greve Montefioralle with good supermarkets, fine restaurants and terraces. Market on Saturdays and Sundays. Also you can visit Florence and Siena (both 30 km). Hiking trails directly from home. In the summer you can use the large vegetable garden. Owners are occasionally present in the house upstairs (not rented). There is a private path from the apartment to the pool.

Stunning views and with a car we had easy drives to many Tuscan hillside villages and Firenze historical attractions. Easy access to grocery stores and markets. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Nice modern bathrooms. Beautiful pool!!! We had a wonderful experience at this villa.

The property is impeccable with ample space for 8-9 people, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious pool and wonderful views from the terrace. The small walled village of Montefioralle can bee seen from the terrace. There are two excellent restaurants there and a lovely bar and local artisans. It can easily be reached by car or a 30min walk along dirt roads. Over the next hill is the larger town of Greve in Chianti, a lovely public square with many restaurants/services and a Saturday market. Again easily accessed by car or a 40min walk along a dirt road. Just south of the residence is the small town of Panzano. Good restaurants, amazing sunset views and a small but well stocked grocery and butcher can be found here.The house is centrally located about 1 hour drive from Florence and no more than an hour drive from favorite destinations such as Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena.The owner had good communication, answered questions and provided well written instructions for enjoying the house and surrounding area.

Cute and Cozy Tuscan Escape

Family Trip

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

A True Tuscan Experience

The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to spread out. It could have been the time of year that we were there (September) but the mosquitos were absolutely awful so make sure to bring bug spray. Other thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the house. And as someone who does not ever travel with one, it left us running to the store to buy one!

Beautiful villa but very remote

We stayed here for 4 nights. Tessa provided quick responses to our questions. The villa has an unbelievable view of the Tuscan hills. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a nice open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. On our last night, Tessa provided a chef who made a great dinner for us. The road to the villa is a very rough dirt road that is 3/4 of a mile. Plan extra time to get anywhere! When you arrive at the villa, there is a gate that needs to be opened, which we did not know about but figured it out. The coop in Greve is the place to get your groceries.

Beautiful house, verandah and great swimming pool - large and deep enough for diving if your teenage kids love this as ours do! The Chianti region is beautiful. Trips to Siena and San Gimignano are a must!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Tuscany Villa - panzano

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tuscany at its Best

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!

Beautiful villa in a dreamy setting

My husband an I spent 5 nights at the villa. We rented bikes and used them as our sole means of transportation. It worked out perfectly, as there are many restaurants not that far, and several towns that are easy to reach. But the time spent at the house just looking out at the view was truly magical. Pool was great as it was still very hot in October and there were still some veggies in the garden. I would highly recommend staying here. This was actually our second year staying here.

Absolutely incredible!

This accommodation is very clean and spacious, with modern creature comforts, without taking away from the rustic Tuscan ambiance. The views are absolutely gorgeous. We had a lovely time celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary.

Extraordinary views

We had a wonderful stay with our two teens at this lovely villa in early July. The photos and descriptions don’t come close to doing justice to the magnificent views. The gardens and landscaping are exceptional. Lavender and rosemary shrubs around the infinity pool - wow! We had a lovely meal cooked by Simona which was a real treat. Local restaurant recommendations were all very good. We especially liked cute quaint La Castellana in Montefioralle. Like another reviewer mentioned, the only opportunity for improvement is in the quality of the bed and bath linens. When everything else is a 10/10, the tired linens didn’t quite fit. A wonderful place for a very special holiday.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Panzanillino. The views are outstanding. Communication with Tessa was excellent. Simone did a great job cleaning and cooking for us. We appreciated all the info available with local restaurants etc. As others mentioned the road in is very rough so because of that we did get an SUV. Our only negatives was the bugs which I realize they have a rough time controlling. I feel the bedding and towels could stand a refresh. Many were pretty tattered but they did provide plenty. Overall a great trip and awesome Villa.

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan countryside

Everything about Villa Panzanellino was amazing, the best two-week vacation ever. The villa was immaculate, inside and out. Gardeners came every day to maintain the grounds and vegetable garden (yummy tomatoes and lettuce!), the pool was cleaned weekly and the house was cleaned/linens changed mid-stay. We were greeted by a bottle of Chianti and a very helpful ring binder with info (with photos) on all the house's appliances and systems as well as restaurant. recommendations around the area (we tried most of them and were never disappointed). We also hired a local chef to cook two multi-course meals for us; the food was delicious and each evening was a delight. Best of all was the view from the terrace, which overlooked multiple vineyards and the walled village of Montefioralle. Yes, the drive to the house is a bit bumpy but well worth it to get to our Italian idyll.!

Amazing Villa in Greve

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house and the grounds with the spectacular view far exceeded any descriptions from the owner. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The private chef, Simone, was amazing. I highly recommend a dinner with her. We loved Greve. Access to the garden made wonderful additions to our meals. The pool was relaxing and so enjoyable. We will be back!
