Detached house with a large garden located in the center of Greve in Chianti, just steps from the main square and the bus stop, offering quick and easy access to Florence.

The house is accessed via a flight of stairs. The house features a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils (including a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker), a living room with a large-screen Smart TV, two bathrooms with showers, and four spacious bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed: THE SINGLE BED IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING OF 9 GUESTS OR UPON SPECIFIC REQUEST AT THE RESERVATION TIME. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are available in all bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Fantastic stay at Chianti’s Best House!

Cristina was incredibly welcoming and helpful! From the booking, to the check-in, throughout the length of our stay, she made us feel at home. The house is immaculate and full of small details and nice touches. I traveled with my family (9 people total) and we felt very comfortable, as the house is spacious and cozy. Greve in Chianti is a jewel in Tuscany, with a ton of personality and perfect to immerse yourself into Italian culture. Food and wine are phenomenal, don’t forget to stop by La Cantina, where the service and dishes are spectacular. This vacation was a 10/10

Christina met us at her Chianti Best house at 1:05 am, after a LONG day of delayed travel! She went out of her way to make us comfortable and get us settled. We then spent 15 days in a lovely house, with beautiful gardens, located right in the best area of Greve! This is by far my favorite of the four places that I’ve spent in the area. We’ll be back!! Best jumping off spot for Tuscany!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Chianti Best House! Cristina was quick, clear and incredibly helpful in her communications. The house was very well equipped, spacious, and more than enough to accommodate every need our 7-adult group had, plus some. The location is unbeatable, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops right outside the front door, and easy driving to other areas of Tuscany. We had two rental cars and were able to park one at the house for free and find convenient parking for the other one nearby. For the times, when we were tired and just needed to take a break, we loved being able to hang out at the house and enjoy the generous garden in the backyard. I would recommend staying with Cristina without a single hesitation!

A true gem in the Chianti Region

Chianti Best House exceeded all our expectations. "Best House" is advertised on multiple platforms so look around for more reviews. I was skeptical about the perfect reviews on VRBO but they were more than deserved. Cristina bent over backwards to get us in early. We had a problem with a rental and needed to move as soon as possible. She took care of my crisis and when I arrived I realized how very lucky we were to have found a wonderful vacancy in Greve. We were moving from a more Chianti area home. The kitchen is outfitted for all type of cooking. You will want for nothing. Do not want to cook, walk into the village in minutes and have a choice of many restaurants, shopping and wine! The backyard was a haven. Room for two small boys to play ball and roam. At night, it is gently lit and we were visited by fireflies much to all of our delight. Daily I brought in garden fruit. Fresh plums daily, so I decided to make a tart! The currants were eaten daily by the birds before I could pick them. Pears will be coming soon for perhaps July rentals? The air-conditioning was more than adequate to cool all rooms. Individuals can choose to set their own rooms at a comfortable temperature. This would be a great home for four couples. The bedrooms are generous in size, unlike most city homes. Coat hangers, glasses, special touches in every room. I can't emphasize enough the pride of ownership of this wonderful home. I hope we are lucky enough to return.

Fantastic house to explore Tuscany.

We were thrilled with our stay at “Chianti’s Best House”. It could not have been better. The house is wonderfully decorated and Cristina did everything possible to make the house visitor friendly. The bedrooms all have comfortable queen beds with new bedding. All was spotlessly clean. The real gem is the location. It is literally 30 feet from La Cantina, a friendly pizzeria whose staff we knew by name after a few days. All of Greve in Chianti is friendly and such a wonderful spot to visit. I will visit again and highly recommend this property to everyone.

Outstanding cannot say enough about our experience. I highly recommend staying there!

Where do I start. We were greeted at the airport in Florence By Antonella and Luca. Luca drove us back to the beautiful house which Cristina was awaiting for us at with fresh Mozzarella and tomato Caprese, Prosciutto, Crostini and of course wine. Cristina made us feel like family. We ate and she gave us a tour of the house. Went over a possible itinerary which Cristina put together for us of our week in Tuscany, Florence and sienna. We have never been to Italy before and she made the planning so easy for us. Who would be a better planner of that then someone who lives their. It was the perfect itinerary. Crisina drove us to visited wineries for tours and tastings which she made all the reservations for so thankful, Drove us to all the important towns in Tuscany, And to her home town of Florence which she walked around to explain all the sites. We also had plenty of family time together. A special thank you to Luca for giving us the tour of Siena with Cristina. We even went to places that only the locals would know. They both explained the history of Siena. We had lunch in Siena at Te Ke Voi which I highly recommend great experience. We had the best Pizza ever at La Veranda Pizza and Cucina in Siena. What a wonderful restaurant experience with Luca and Cristina. In Greve in Chianti there is also so many things to do in town. Great restaurants local, supermarket and butcher shops right down the street, shopping and wine bars. All within walking distance. You can spend so much time just walking around Greve. The house is in a great location with a bus stop around the corner which goes to Florence and Siena very convenient. There even local banks and atm machines to convert into euros. The house was very comfortable with air conditioning. Four spaces bedrooms with a living room and a wonderful kitchen. Of the kitchen is a balcony with table and chairs bistro style to enjoy espresso or a glass of wine. All the locals were very nice.They have a fantastic backyard with table and chairs. They even have a wood burning fireplace/oven which I cooked Bistecca Fiorentina in thank you Luca for the recommendation. Had to cook in Italy at least one day since I love to cook. The house location was perfect to enjoy Italy. I recommend using Crisitna as your tour guide she is wonderful. We now have a new family in Greve with Crisina, Antonella and Luca.
