À améliorer.

Pas d’accueil physique, tout se fait sur borne automatique, mais l’interface est claire et intuitive. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable, au calme. Le parking souterrain est un vrai plus mais attention, peu de places et pas de réservation possible. Par contre, la moitié des lumières ne fonctionnent pas (entrée, cuisine, la chambre simple clignote), la propreté laisse à désirer (frigo très sale, cheveux dans la baignoire) On a été mis dehors par le service ménage à 9h20, alors que le départ peut s’effectuer jusqu’à 10h.

Superbe appart'hotel au cœur de Grenoble. Bâtiment et appartement neufs. Parking souterrain fermé. Appartement de style moderne et bien équipé. Arrivé après 18h, j'ai récupéré auprès d'un automate une carte qui m'a permis de naviguer dans parking et hôtel pendant mon séjour.

Joli petit studio proche du centre de Grenoble

Je suis arrivé à destination tard le soir et le mode d'accès fut très simple. Cependant j'ai eu le problème de ne pas avoir de chauffage durant toute la première nuit n'ayant pas de réception nocturne à qui m'adresser j'ai du attendre au matin de pouvoir voir avec l'accueil et le problème a été vite pris en charge et résolu. De manière générale le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, hormis des traces de saleté sous la poubelle de la salle de bain virant au jaunâtre (certains messieurs lors de précédent séjour n'ont pas du bien viser la cuvette des toilettes) et qui s'est révélé à moi du à un problème d'étanchéité de la paroi de douche qui rendait l'eau sur l'extérieur de la douche une fois que l'eau avait fini de ruisseler le long de la paroi. La literie pour les studio y est plutôt simple (canapé lit) avec un matelas peu confortable si vous avez des problèmes de dos. Le studio est spacieux, agréable et bien agencé. Le personnel y est réactif. Je recommande donc cet établissement plutôt proche du centre ville de Grenoble avec des accès aux commerces plutôt simple.

Attention à l'accueil .

Notre séjour a très mal débuté : Nous sommes restés devant la grille extérieure un bon moment le code ne fonctionnait pas ! puis une jeune femme est sortie étonnée que nous ne sachions pas entrer ... sa démonstration na pas été fructueuse non plus ! le code avait changé le matin même sans que nous ayons été prévenus ! Ensuite pour récupérer les deux cartes , nouveau problème : nous n'aurions pas encore payé alors que nous avions été débité chez Hotelscom ; nombreux échanges téléphoniques avec la direction... enfin il ne restait que la taxe locale et nous avons eu nos deux cartes . Ce n!est pas fini dans les deux chambres le wifi ne fonctionnait pas , mauvais code ... appel au fournisseur qui a modifié les paramètres ; ce changement a supprimé l'accès a la télévision , re contact avec le fournisseur .. Enfin notre installation a pris beaucoup de temps ; heureusement la personne qui nous a reçue était charmante et a fait tout ce quelle pouvait pour atténuer notre désillusion . pour la suite tout était parfait ; mais si nous étions arrivés après 16 h.!!! plus personne dans la maison .

C'est mon troisième séjour depuis le début de l'année. Donc, cela signifie que je suis très satisfaite. Propreté principalement. Par contre, pour les vicieux, je ne regarde pas sous le lit s'il a des moutons. Je dois réserver un prochain séjour, je croise les doigts pour qu'il y ait des appartements de libres.

Super appartement et bien localisé

Appartement tout neuf et fonctionnel. Superbe espace et terrasse pratique. Seul bémol, pas de mobilier sur la terrasse. Une table et deux chaises auraient été un plus. Pour le reste je conseille vivement. Accessible par tram et vélo, l’appartement est bien Situé

Ce qui est intéressant c'est le parking en sous sol très pratique . L'appartement était spacieux et propre ,les lits agréables, par contre pas de possibilité de service petit déjeuner, il faut penser à prendre tout ce qu'il faut c'est comme à la maison ! sinon petite corbeille avec petit biscuits ,sucre et un filtre à café plus poudre de café avec cafetière sur place pas de lait. Manque quand même le gardien ou réceptionniste ,pour nous renseigner. Mais dans l'ensemble bien .
