With a surface area of 24m2, it is located on the second floor with elevator, with a small balcony and reversible air conditioning. A secure parking space, in the garage of the building, or 5 minutes walk away (subject to availability), is included in the rental.
The studio is close to the Tram A, Berriat Magasin station (250m), the GEM, and Grenoble train station (10 min walk). The concert hall "La belle electrique" is a 2-minute walk away. Around this apartment, all amenities: Bakeries, supermarket, bar "a little foam", the eco-district "Bouchayer Viallet with the beautiful electric, the Berriat Magasin cultural center. The hypercenter is 10 minutes away by Tram.
