Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage. Viele Geräte in der Küche, z.B. 2 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Mikrowelle und Backofen, Toaster, ausreichend Geschirr usw. In der Nähe alles zur Versorgung (Bäcker, Carrefour, Metzger, Gemüseladen, Frommagerie etc). Straßenbahnanbindung ist optimal, aber wir hatten Fahrräder dabei. Super in Grenoble! Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, aber auch vor der Haustüre fanden sich Parkgelegenheiten.Leider ist das Bett im Schlafzimmer etwas klein (1,40m), daher haben wir zusätzlich die hervorragende Bettcouch genutzt. Die Terrasse war etwas ungepflegt, viele Blätter und Unkraut, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, besonders im Schlafzimmer. Spinngewebe und weiteres Getier. Da man die Läden öffnen musste, kam man immer wieder damit in Kontakt. Leider gibt es zu bestimmten Zeiten viele Mücken, lüften war abends nicht möglich.
