Location is central to other cities that offer hunting, fishing, sports and other events: Enid, Sardis, Oxford, Memphis, Jackson, and Starkville.

In addition to the 5 beds there are two queen, self-inflating air mattresses and a double fold-out sofa in the living room area. Central heat and air. Didn’t stay. The guide that I had hired to take us fishing during our stay contacted us and told us that the weather the week we were going to be there was more than likely going to prevent us from going out so he refunded us our money so as not to waste it. This was outside your alls refund window by a couple of days so you all and the owner gladly kept our money. Legally done but morally sad. Not to worry though, lesson well learned and will never even consider using you all again.

It is a very nice place to stay, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet. Clean home and we had everything we needed! Host responded in a timely manner for every question I had. Would defonately rcommend staying here!
