Online looking for hotels in Winona Mn & somehow your website took me to & booked rooms in Winona MS, so I dsint have reservations when I got to the hotel, they did a great job taking care of me when I got there but they said this happens too often, more often that anyone could guess.

THE ROOM PHONE DID NOT WORK,,,I HAD TO WALK DOWN TO FRONT DESK 2 TIMES TO GET INFO. THE WATER WAS YELLOW, AND WAS TOLD IT HAD TO RUN A WHILE TO CLEAR IT UP (WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO KNOW AT CHECKIN)...WHEN ARRIVED THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SITE FOR SEVERAL MINUETS.
