Our room was clean and very nice; however, breakfast the second day was not good. There were no eggs, meats, or several other items. After being at breakfast for 15 to 20 minutes the helper came out with a VERy small amount of eggs and truly maybe 8 pieces of bacon with maybe 10to 12 people waiting on anything to eat. When I checked out I ask the lady what happened and she said they only had one person working breakfast and there were a lot of people staying at the hotel. We ending up checking out and going somewhere else for breakfast. Not what we thought the breakfast service should have been at the property.

The stay was good the problem was that both myself and atleast one other family that I heard talking with front desk had booked a suite and was put in a standard room. We both received the same responses... well we didn't have that type room avaliable when you got here. We arrived at 1:45 pm that day and the other guest arrived around 5pm so if we both booked a suite why wasn't one reserved for each of us? When I spoke to the lady about it she said was something wrong with the room you were in? No, just not the room I reserved. Her response...ok, have a great day. The hotel and staff were good but I didn't like not getting the room we had already paid for.

Bad service and unsafe to stay

The room that i stay have a problem with the door so basically the lock didn’t work. You can just push in to the room. After i know that i tell frontdesk in morning about that he ask my romm number. So when i come back at the night my door still didn’t fix. Another morning I went to talk ti the same frontdesk again this time he can't remember my room number so i ask him to go to the room and check it himself tuen out that the door is not lock the same

It was a good trip. The service was good. The rooms were clean. I didn't realize that they serviced the rooms every third day of your stay. We were still able to get extra towels and wash cloths from the front desk. It was conveniently located with restaurants and retail stores in the area. There was plenty of parking.
