Noddy’s is a charming riverside cottage nestled on the picturesque Crookhaven River, where you`ll wake up to tranquil water views you can see from your bed, you`ll want to grab your coffee, climb back in and watch the world go by for a little while

You can spend the day exploring the river, where you can go paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing or fishing right from the front yard, and your evenings cooking a BBQ and enjoying each others company in the tranquility of beautiful Greenwell Point.

Ideal for 2 families, 2 couples or a last minute getaway, this peaceful retreat sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms plus a sunroom, and it has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms so theres more than enough space for everyone.

- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Bed

Living Space:
- Two living areas, 1 with water views, both have tv`s, a lounge and some games for everyone to enjoy, theres also a CD player/radio and a DVD player as well
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday cooking enjoyable, including a dishwasher
- Theres also a butlers pantry/coffee station, come laundry where you can hide the mess of the day
- There is 2 bathrooms, one has a bath and theres also an outdoor shower where you can wash off the days activities
- There are uninterrupted water views from every room in the house, besides the sunroom
- The front yard is fully fenced and secure, great for pets or kids, but please note the back doors do open up directly to the water
- There is room to park your boat and there are 3 nearby boat ramps/wharfs where you can launch
- You can park 1-2 cars inside the fence, otherwise there is plenty of parking on the street
- Noddys has a nostalgic, old world, simpler time, cottage vibe and thats why guests love it so much

To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside).
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.
● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.
● Well-behaved pets are welcome. Large dogs are to remain outdoors, while small non-shedding dogs may stay inside. Please clean up after your pet and avoid leaving anxious pets unattended.

Please do not leave children in or near the water unattended, the safety of children is the Adults responsibility.
