Room had a musty odor. Water pressure very low. Had to run the wayer at least 5 minutes to get warm water...10 minutes to get hot. There was a fairly loud noise often, I thought it was a garbage dumpster or the elevator. Staff was nice and couteous. Limited breakfast offerings. Good price and location.

Not at all what we expected. Needs some updates.

I had booked two rooms, one for me and one for my sister and her husband. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but the 3rd floor, where we stayed was still smelling like smoke. My sister found blood on one of the pillows and the sheets. I had a stain of water leak just above the head of my bed. The bathroom shower curtain had stains of black mold. My sister changed rooms but had to check 3 other rooms before she found one that she was ok staying in. One of the rooms the AC would not come on. Mine I had to put down to 60 degrees for it to come on and was pretty loud. Also, windows don't protect much from the noise of the busy street.

Con: Wifi was spotty. The hot & cold water were backward on the sink. The room could've used a deep cleaning, & there was a used condom stuck on the ceiling. The bath tub was in bad shape & needed to be refinished. The room & hallway smelled musty. There was not a dresser nor any hangers in the closet. The toilet didn't flush properly. There was no soap for the sink--only lotion. The sink was inside the bathroom, which made it difficult for 3 adults to get ready. Pro: The hotel has a nice elevator. The bathroom had a nice vanity mirror. The continental breakfast was fairly extensive, & the attendant was friendly. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Hotel is a little run down but it did the trick. Bed was good. Security could be an issue if you're worried about that. Latch on door to prevent it from being opened does not work. And rear door at back of parking lot is unlocked at all times...very easy for anyone to get into your room. Laundry facilities are not working.

The building needs a complete redo. Paint pealing, carpet old and buckling. Room with mold in the bathroom and paint job awful. Carpet on entrance to room with terrible smell. The only positives were the staff were polite and the bed comfortable.
