The property was spacious and the bedrooms were clean. My only complaint was a dirty microwave and dog hair on the couch. My daughter is extremely allergic to animals. When she started having difficulty breathing we looked around for signs of animals. I know you advertised the unit as dog free. Someone must be bringing in pets — despite your rules.

The only thing I would say is that the sheets and towels are pretty cheap. It’s a really nice place and I think that it warrants a little better sheets and pillows, which makes the stay even better for people.

A great find!

A whole apartment for less than a hotel room in the same general area! Fantastic location. I was a bit apprehensive with check-in procedure, but communication was great and provided easy to follow instructions. I’d recommend Mint House for anyone visiting Greenville.

Terrible Arrival

The arrival was terrible especially since I was traveling with my mom and aunt who are in their 80s. Im still waiting on the 25% discount I was told I would receive instead of a refund for the first night. Check in at 3 pm , we were able to finally get in the room at 11:57 pm. Four different emails with wrong codes. Miscommunication internally with the Mint House reps.

Nice Couples Mini Getaway

The room was very clean and spacious. It presented a cute view of downtown Greenville and lively night life. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back!!!
