This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

The condo was really nice - clean and well appointed. Dustin replied to our texts in minutes! We are both in our 70s and almost fell when stepping in the shower. The floor is extremely slippery and needs a mat or stick-on strips. Otherwise, all was perfect!!

If you want to be part of the Main Street experience, this is the place. Balcony is right over Main Street. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great location, security, and living space. One of the most well supplied VRBOs I've ever stayed at. Felt so at home. Can wait to go back. We loved everything about our stay in Greenville, SC!

Nice unit right in the heart of downtown Greenville. Very well stocked with everything you might need. Owner was very easy to communicate with for any minor issues. Only downside is the neighborhood noise late at night. Bring white noise app on your phone / iPad and earplugs.

The location was perfect. Close to parking garage and right in the heart of downtown. Saturday market was just outside our door. Restaurants and entertainment within a short walking distance. Lounging on the balcony with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Well stocked condo and super comfy. Highly recommend!

Perfect downtown location! The Farmer’s Market was right outside our window! Everything was a walkable distance away. My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking is in the public garage one street over for 7/day (pleasantly surprised it wasn’t more). Hosts were very communicative!
