Parking was easy in one direction. The road in front of the hotel had a divider that only allows for right turns, so you had to go up 2 lights in either direction to make a u turn. The blackout shade in my room was broken and required maintenance to come fix it, the remote was literally taped to the wall. The ice machine on my floor was broken throughout my entire stay, so if you wanted ice you had to go to the next floor to get it. When checking out I asked for a receipt of my stay and was informed that it was only available through Expedia and they could not provide me a copy.

The carpet in my room was pulling back near the bathroom, exposing sharp carpet nails. I walked on one in the middle of the night and it punctured my heel. I took pictures of the exposed nails and talked to management in the morning and they just said "we'll take a look at it." It has been one week since my reservation and I have yet to receive my $50 deposit back. If they're charging me for the exposed carpet, we have another issue altogether. Stay in the Holiday Inn Express (down the road on Woodruff), rather than this one.
