The staff could not locate our room and it took 45 minutes to check in. This after flying all day and arriving after midnight. The man staff member was blaming and continued criticizing the female employee and blaming her for canceling the reservation. It was very unprofessional.

Wish it had a full kitchen but that's ok! Still nice! It did have a small kitchenette with a sink and plenty of counter space. Needs a tv upgrade. But everything works.
