Location and affordability describe this hotel best. Located within a 5 minute drive to downtown Greenville makes this a great place to stay. Great rate makes it the hotel to choose. It was clean and had a nice breakfast. The only con for me was that the mattress was like a marshmallow. I did sleep well though. I will return here when visiting Greenville again.

Nice place and excellent value

Although its an old 70's style hotel with outdoor walkways and stairs, the attractive looking front added at some point makes it appear modern in the photos.The rooms are clean and smelled good and everything in them great condition or updated (like the big shower and barn door to bathroom). Breakfast was well presented and tended. Nicer than every other value hotel I stayed in this year, which has been a half dozen of them.

The owners and staff are very nice and welcoming. I stay here 2-3 days a week and they already know my requests and have everything ready for me when checking in. For the price it is very much worth the stay!!

It was a good stay for the price and the fact that they're animal friendly but it was not "hotel clean." It's a motel, not a hotel. There was blood on the bathroom wall, the carpet stunk like mildew, and the room needs a paint job.
