The only complaints I have is that we saw a few big roaches while we were there and the floor wasn't clean. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Staff was super nice and helped us out booking a stay for another night.

Rooms were overbooked. Hotels.com system didn’t stop offering the same room. Seventeen different people were turned away. Also, the contact information was incomplete phone numbers for guests were deliberately redacted by putting one’s in the phone number as an entry. Someone should provide answers.
