It was clean but not overly clean. ALL the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher so no one checked this upon new guest arrival seems like a big miss. The bathroom door was missing screws so it was clunky to open and close.

For the most part, the stay was nice, but just a few gripes: 1.). No overnight staff 2.). Poorly equipped kitchen 3.). No daily cleaning 4.). This was my most frustrating one, no roll carts for luggage. I was told that guest were damaging walls with them, so they got rid of them. This is the poorest excuse I have ever heard. How do other hotels have them and deal with the issue? When people stay for extended periods of time, they are going to have lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator is located in the part of the building with the least parking. So coolers, luggage and other items had to be carried through the length of the building to the elevator and then to the room. This is a deal breaker for me, and we will not be back. There are better places to stay, that will provide the basics. 5.). The center common area was very nice. Unfortunately it was always occupied 6.). The exercise room was very limited. The only piece of equipment that was of value was one treadmill, and it was always in use. Never got a single workout done. 7.). The shower was not handicap or older person friendly at all. With tall walls and no handles, my mother found it a struggle. 8.). Stove overhead light did not work. Anyway, the room was clean and beds were somewhat comfortable. The room layout was nice, and furniture was in good shape. The place was maintained well and what interaction I had with staff was good. Would not stay there again.

Overall I enjoyed my time in Greenville and the accommodations., My only negative was that the walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in the unit next to me and I am sure they heard me as well.
