The room was fine but had two days of no hot water. Management was very slow to respond, front desk was delightful. Homeless man sitting on front cushioned bench smoking cigarette butts and selling candy all day. Another one in the lobby with long red hair wig and a mustache, someone had given him coffee. Seat cushions in pool area were stained and several were split open. Seems to have gone down since last years stay

The hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and accessibility around the courtyard. However, valet parking was not the best considering the amount of space to park in the front and when requesting your vehicle you’re not given an estimate time when the vehicle will be ready.
