Staff was excellent. Room was absolutely perfect. breakfast was very good. The only problem I had was they charged me more than I was quoted from Expedia. I was a little shocked by the upcharge.

The rooms were clean. Bed slept so good I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. All of the staff were friendly and were there when you need them. Will definitely be staying there again.

Check in went smooth and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room seemed to have had a recent face lift but was still an awkward design with small tight bathroom and the sink outside the bathroom next to the entryway. Toilet paper holder was missing from wall in the bathroom. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and functional for an overnight stay. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast.

I booked a room for one night.I was put into a room downstairs and it was very nice. But I could hear the people on the other side of the wall.They were so loud. I called the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room. They move me upstairs to a room that was not as nice as the one downstairs.The air conditioner was making a loud noise.The bed had about a three inch gap from the mattress to the metal bar that I kept hitting my kneecap on. I called front desk & asked him to come check the air conditioner. He came upstairs and adjusted the airflow. It still did not help. At this point I felt like I was being punished for complaining about the loud noise in the first room. Also, it was just as loud upstairs. they put somebody directly on the other side of my room. That was loud all night They do not have an elevator, so if you have bags, be prepared to drag your bags upstairs.
