Pet-friendly studio retreat w backyard oasis including an amazing Swimming pool and firepit to unwind and create great memories! 2 min to Furman U, 8 to downtown TR, 14 to downtown Gvl! Stocked kitchen- Spices, air fryers, shampoo/soap, paper products & more (check-in before you shop!). Outdoor grill, coffee (K-cup) + Tea stations, plenty of parking. Entrance to neighborhood has city library. We wash ALL linens (yes, blankets + comforters too) after EVERY stay, NO exceptions! If you rent this by itself, confirm with the host because there may be another family renting the main house sometime during your stay (separate listing offers main house and this apt altogether). If the main house is rented, you'll still have your entire space to yourself, no worries...just the backyard/pool/firepit are shared.
