My stay was great..Upon check-in I had to call back down to from desk because of stains in the mattress pad which was visible to the eye and Ali I got ready to take a shower there was a nasty wash cloth hung on the shower from previous guest and also hair was in the bathtub. Not one piece but serval pieces.Called and left complaint with front desk clerk.

The shower didn’t work in our room and the couch was dirty. We ended up having to go shower in a different room called a “spare room” as backup and it smelled like body oder. The shower was fixed within 2 hours. The key to the room did not work the whole time. The electric scanner was dying but they just kept giving us new keys. It was an ok room if you’re staying for one night and not spending much time in the room but you can tell it’s an older hotel and/or not kept up very well. Dogs were in the eating area so that’s just gross.

Very clean both in and out .nice area nice hotel this is unlike the night mare i had from the laquinta i slept in Florida am going to see them for negligence and dirty room.everything was a mess and i was bitting by centipede I will be going to hospital for checkup and they have to pay the bill.i sent the pictures but looks like it wasn't posted

The hotel grounds and surrounding area was dirty with trash all over the place. However, the worst part was that the hotel did not save the room that I reserved even though I had already paid for it online. The room was clearly available online, hence the reason I selected it; however, upon arriving the room I paid for it had been given to someone else. The night staff told me that they did not have the authority to address it and then I would have to speak with Management in the morning. I spoke with Management in the morning only to have them tell me that it was just too bad and there was nothing that were going do about fixing it. Terrible management and terrible business practices. I do not recommend this establishment for a stay.

The area was fine, but it was quite dark in the parking lot especially if you were coming through the rear door. There was no lights back there which was very unsafe.
