The room was spotless. Staff were courteous and kind. The hotel is in Greenville’s vibrant downtown district. Great location! Free parking on the street, cheaper parking at a deck across the street. We’ll be back.

Perfect choice to take in a concert and dinner. Clean and great location with a very friendly staff. This is the place to stay without paying the high dollar amounts of the resorts around it.

Desk staff was great. Room could have been cleaner--parts hadn't been cleaned thoroughly (used bandaid under table-- yuck!) Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast wasn't as vegan friendly as was hoped, but was able to make do. Location is easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, the Falls. Would have appreciated an airport shuttle-- why no shuttle?
