This has been a fantastic stay. We were in town for a night only, and my goodness. Check in was seamless, the lobby was immaculate, our room was spotless. We stayed in a suite with a separated bedroom, and it was so comfortable (two adults and three children). Breakfast was wonderful and I specifically want to mention the woman in the Stitch hoodie that was working; she was ON TOP of it all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel itself was great however the check in was just ok the lady act like I was a bother to her she didn't tell what floor I was on just gave me the hotel key she told me about breakfast but didn't say where it was going to be served at didn't tell me where the elevators were at & being this was my 1st time being here I figured that's something she should have made sure of

I was very upset!!!! I got bitten by bed bugs. Had to come home go to the doctor he gave me meds. I will never stay here again. I was so shocked because it is such a nice hotel just not spraying for fleas and bed bugs. I am very piss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The staff were very polite and professional. I also appreciated the amenities and convenience of the room to comfortably fit my family. We were in town for a funeral and Homewood suites made us feel comfortable and treated us like family.
