Nearby are micro-breweries, multiple coffee shops, brunch spots, and boutique shopping. There regularly is live music close by, and a you won't want to miss a stroll to riverfront park to watch the sunset. Six short blocks through uptown and you are on East Carolina University's campus. Minutes from allll the action and the vibrant energy Uptown has to offer. 

This historic home offers three large bedrooms (all with king beds), two full baths, living and formal dining rooms and a full kitchen. Don't miss the coffee bar, washer & dryer. No expense was spared in the recent upgrades including the kitchen remodel with an industrial 1920's vibe. The original hardwood floors and crystal door knobs just add to the charm!

Quiet spacious retreat

My daughter commented that this is probably the nicest place to stay in downtown Greenville. We where within walking distance of places to eat and drink and if your their to visit someone at ECU you are right next door. Will try to stay here again when we visit next.
