What a great stay during a horrible winter storm. The staff were so accommodating and kind during a horrible winter storm. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. A very special shout out to Karyn. What an exceptional employee. She went above and beyond to make me feel calm, comfortable and safe during the storm. I would absolutely stay again!!

The room was spacious & clean. But 2 things just didn’t sit well with me. 1. When we checked in they told us that in SC each person has to be registered by name on the site. I didn’t see that info anywhere when I made it reservations. 2. When we went down for Breakfast we were told that because we made our reservations through a 3rd party (I used Hotel.com) we would have to pay $15 per person for breakfast. This was not explained either on the site I made the reservations on.
