Room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean as well. The pull valve that switches water from tub to shower was broken, stuck closed so only the shower worked. Seems like cleaning crew should have caught this and had it fixed. Shower head was a piece of garbage, water pressure was weak. Guy who checked me in was decent, but didn't understand the difference between a "side door" and "back door" to the building, when I was asking where I should park and be close to the elevator. It's a good location, easy to get to. I did not eat the breakfast but it smelled good.

This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.
